EATS—Eat Along the Street
EATS is a Philadelphia celebration of street food traditions and the perfect intersection of food, hospitality and philanthropy. It was created to benefit children and boost their potential, feeding both body and mind through multicultural cuisine and education. Our first two EATS festivals, in 2011 and 2013, featuring 12 chefs, drew 300+ attendees, and raised thousands of dollars for children’s nutritional needs and opportunities both locally and globally. We’d love for you to participate in our next festival, May 5, 2015 at World Cafe Live! We invite you to explore our site and learn more about us and our mission.
What is street food?

Whether served up from a sidewalk cart, a market stall, or a vendor’s table, these tasty snacks, flavorful finger foods, and other local treats-on-the-go entice natives and visitors alike in cities all around the globe.
